纳米羟基磷灰石对人牙周膜细胞增殖活性的影响

摘    要:采用溶胶凝胶法合成纳米羟基磷灰石,透射电镜分析表明其为纳米尺度的材料.应用MTT法对纳米羟基磷灰石和致密羟基磷灰石对体外培养的牙周膜细胞生长进行了分析.结果表明,应用第2,3,4天纳米羟基磷灰石对牙周膜细胞增殖活性有明显促进作用,而致密羟基磷灰石与空白对照组无显著性差异,这说明纳米羟基磷灰石在促进牙周组织再生中有一定的意义.

Abstract:With sol-gel method, the nanophases hydroxyapatite powders were fabricated. These powders were showed to be nanopaticles under transmission electron microscope. The effects on proliferation of periodontal ligament cell(PDLC) were observed in vitro with MTT3-(4, 5-dimethylthiazo;-2-yl)-2, 5-diphenyte tralium bromide] method. The results show that after 2, 3, 4 days treatment with nanoparticles of hydroxyapatite, the proliferative activity of the PDLC increases significantly.In contrast, there is no significant difference between dense hydroxyapatite and control group. Thus, the findings imply that nanophase hydroxyapatite can promote the regeneration of periodontal tissue.
