| 摘 要： | 随着互联网的普及和网上信息资源的急剧增加,网络已经成为大学生学习生活中不可或缺的组成部分.网络是一把双刃剑,它在给大学生心理健康带来积极影响的同时,又带来很多消极的影响,造成大学生各种心理健康问题,我们应对此予以重视并研究相应的对策.

| Abstract: | With the Internet being popular and the on-line information sharply growing,the network already becomes an indispensable part of the university students.But the network also likes a double-edged sword.It brings the positiveinfluence to the university students` mental health,while it makes much the negative influence too,and creates different problems in mental health of university students.We should think much of this and do research for the corresponding solutions. |
