栀子药材提取工艺的优化

摘    要:目的优选栀子中总环烯醚萜苷的提取方法和条件。方法以栀子苷标示栀子总环烯醚萜苷,并以总环烯醚萜苷为指标。优选栀子的提取方法,并根据影响提取的主要因素进行正交试验进一步优化提取条件。结果用8倍量70%乙醇回流提取3次(每次2h)的提取方法可以获得较高的提取率,并且稳定、可行。结论适宜的提取方法和条件能有效提高栀子提取的效率和稳定性。

Abstract:Objective: In order to optimizing abstraction methods and conditions of iridoid glycoside of gardenia. Methods: The optimization of abstraction methods of gardenia is definited by means of marking jasminoidin and measuring iridoid glycoside of gardenia,and according to the orthogonal experiment of the main influencing factors of abstraction.Results: The higher extraction rate can be gotten with eight times 70% alcohol recirculating abstraction 3 times (2 hours every time). The result is stabilization and confidence. Conclusion: Eligible methods and conditions can effectively elevate the efficacy and stability of abstraction of gardenia.
