糖厂蒸发系统横纹管强化传热和抗垢性能的研究

摘    要:本文的试验及研究工作是以糖厂实际生产环境为实验基地,对横纹管进行糖汁蒸发强化传热及抗垢性能的研究。试验用小型单管蒸发罐分别并联在糖厂第三效和第五效蒸发系统中,进行光滑管和横纹管的对比试验。试验结果表明,横纹管具有很好的强化传热和抑制垢物形成的作用,所生成的积垢也易于清除,适于在糖厂整个蒸发系统中推广应用。

Abstract:This paper dnals with an inyestigation of tile properties of strenghtcning heat-transfer and resisting fouling of the transversally corrugated tubes performed in a Sugar Factory. The small testing single tube evaporator was operated in paralled to the first effect,third effcct and fifth effect respectively of the cvaporation static.for comparing The experiments upon the smooth tube and the T. C.tube. T ho test result demonstrated that the T. C. tube had a fine function of consolidating heat - transfer and restricting the fouliug formation,so that it is suitable for the application to the evaporatiug system in Sugar Factories.
