从林肯的两分钟演说谈公文的情感色彩

公文写不同于其它文体的写作，有其独到的特点和要求。从总体上来说，公文写作是要有情感色彩和怀古因素的。笔者认为，公文写作者在写作公文明，对公文的情感色彩，要根据不同文种的具体内容和不同要求妥善安排，恰当处置，才能根据不同的发文对象，写出事实清楚、说理透彻，逻辑严密、文从字顺、精感色彩浓郁的好公文。

The writing of official documents is quite different from that of other styles, and it has its own charaeteristics and requirements. In general, it has two basic points-emotional colouring and emotional factors. In this article the author thinks that the writer of official documents should properly handle the emotional colouring according to different content and requirement. Only in such a way can the writer of official documents express clearly, logically, readably and fluently.
