| Abstract: | Based on the financing theory of modern enterprise and the history and practical experiences of Chinese financial reform, this paper analyzes emphatically on the problems existing in the financial reform of China after the reform and opening to the outside world, and expounds the causes of the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, and advances some ideas for broadening the financing channel of small and medium-sized enterprises. |
