维纶经DMDHEU整理后结构和性能的研究

摘    要:本文作者对维纶经DMDHEU整理后的物理机械性能和染色性能进行了测定,并通过红外吸收光谱、X-射线衍射和电子显微镜分别研究整理后纤维的化学结构、微结构和表面结构的变化.经DMDHEU整理后,织物的折皱恢复性提高,断裂强度、撕破强度、延伸率和吸水性下降.处理后的维纶在红外光谱中1700厘米~(-1)处出现特征吸收峰,表示化学结构的改变.这说明维纶和DMDHEU之间发生了化学反应.此外,经处理后的维纶对直接染料和中性染料的上染率比未处理的高.这是由于在氯化镁存在下,经高温焙烘后维纶表面结构改变,形成许多细小空穴和裂缝.

Abstract:The mechanical properties and dyeing behaviour of vinylon treated with DMDHEU were examined, and its chemical structural, fine structural and surface structural changes were investigated with by infra-red absorption spectra, X-ray diffraction and electro microscope. Vinylon fabric treated with DMDHEU increased the crease recovery and lowered the tensile strength, tearing strength, elongation percentage and water imbibition. DMDHEU-treated vinylon appeared a characteristic absorption peak at 1,700 cm~(-1) in infra-red spectra, indicating chemical structure modification. It is obvious that the chemical reaction between vinylon and DMDHEU took place. In addtion, treated vinylon had higher dye uptake for direct and neutral dyes than untreated vinylon, because the surface structure changed in the present of magnesium chloride cured at high temperature, many fine fissures and holes were produced.
