摘    要:用正交试验设计法研究了氧化还原引发体系对丙烯酸水溶液聚合过程中反应温度、反应时间,单体浓度及氧化还原剂用量等因素对聚合反应的影响,为制备高粘度聚丙烯酸提供了最佳反应条件,并确定了各因素对这一聚合反应影响的主次顺序.

Abstract:Redox polymerization of acrylic acid in water solution was studied by means of orthogonal experimental design. Effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, monomer concentration and redox irritator concentration on the polymerization were exmined. Optimum condition for preparing polyacrylic acid of high viscosity by redox initiation was obtained and sequence of factors effecting on the polymerization was determined.
