| Abstract: | It is the chief obligation for a witness to bdar testmony in court.However,in actions , the witness generally refuses to provide any proof to the court. And it seriously affects the performance of law of procedure and the working of the suit process. The reason includes many factors. The article attempts to advise a feasible train of thought to perfect the system of witnessing from the angle of rights and obligations. |
