| Abstract: | The multiphoton transition probability of an one-dimensional quantum system is calculated by using a new method. The results show that firstly, the present method is in agreement with the traditional perturbation method for lasers with low intensity, but the practical calculations based on the former are much simpler than on the latter; secondly, the present method can produce the essential features of saturation phenomenon appeared in the case of high intensity lasers. |
