稀土离子钐多金属氧酸盐的发光性研究

摘    要:制备了较高发射率的Keggin结构的稀土多金属氧酸盐ZnPOM:Sm及BPOM:Sm荧光体.制备的荧光体室温下具有Sm3+离子特征发射,其室温主发射在橙红区.配体场在BPOM:Sm对称性较低,发射峰有较多的劈裂.在2样品中Sm 3+均有丰富的激发能级,都以405 nm激发效率最高.钐离子间存在能量传递,以4G5/2与6F9/2和6H5/2与6F9/2能级间的交叉弛豫作用,导致4G5/2-6H5/2的荧光发射猝灭.

Abstract:Two kinds of samarium-substituted Keggin type polyoxometalates of BPOM:Sm and ZnPOM:Sm have been synthesized,which exibite comparatively highly characteristic luminescence of samarium and the main emission lies in orange red light region.The lower ligand field’s symmetry of samarium in BPOM:Sm leads to more Stark splits in emission spectrum.The samarium ion has rich excitation energy levels in both samples with highest excitation effinciency at 405 nm.There exists energy transfe among samarium ions.The mechanics of 4G2/5,6F9/2→6H5/2,6F9/2 cross relaxation process of neighboring Sm 3+ ions results in the concentration quenching.
