摘    要:本文采用时效和模拟焊接热影响区的固溶处理研究了碳化物的形态,数量,尺寸 和分布对光滑和缺口持久性能的影响。研究结果表明,固溶处理后晶界碳化物由铸态 的骨架状转变成块状使持久性能下降;二次碳化物呈枝晶偏析比均匀析出时持久延性 高;二次碳化物析出强化存在最佳时效温度且对光滑和缺口试样不尽相同;缺口强化 程度不仅与持久延性有关,也与持久寿命有关。

Abstract:The influence of the amount, morphology,size and distribution of carbi- des on creep rupture properties of smooth and notched bars have been investigated by aging and slution heat treatment simulating heat affected zone. It is shown that when the size of secondary carbide is proper the strengthening effect is optimum. The creep rupture life can be increased by skeleton shaped carbide on grain boundaries.The extent of notch strengthen- ing is related with hoth creep ductility and creep rupture life.
