微波辐射一步法合成富马酸二乙酯的研究

摘    要:报道了以马来酸酐和乙醇为原料用微波辐射的方法一步合成富马酸二乙酯.其最佳反应条件为:微波辐射功率480W,催化剂硫酸氢钠用量为3.6%、氯化铝用量为3.5%,醇酐物质的量比为3∶1,微波辐射时间15min.结果表明,此法反应时间短,产率达92.5%.

Abstract:Diethyl Fumarate is synthesized by esterification of maleic anhydride and ethanol under microwave radiation on one-step method.The optimal conditions are as follows : power of microwave radiation 480W,amount of catalyst NaHSO4 used 3.6%,AlCl3 used 10%,molar ratio of alcohol to anhydride 3:1,microwave radiation time 15min.It is found out that,under the optimal conditions,the yield of the product reaches 92.5%.
