电渣重熔过程传热特性的实验研究

摘    要:本研究对电渣重熔过程中电极表面温度,渣池温度,钢锭底部温度、结晶器壁及其冷却水中沿高度的温度分布进行了实验测量。利用安装在结晶器壁上的热流计,对重熔过程在结晶器壁内侧的热流密度沿高度的分布进行了实验测量。进而考察了三种渣系对重熔过程热行为的影响。

Abstract:The temperatures on electrode surface in slag pool and on the bottom of ingot in ESR process are all measured, as well as the temperature distributions on mold wall and in cooling water along the height. With the heat flux meter mounted on mold wall, the heat flux density distribution along the height of the inner side of mold wall is also measured thus examining the effects of three slag systems on the thermal behavior of ESR system.
