双馈电机在升降机中的应用与控制分析

摘    要:针对升降机节能问题,提出一种将双馈电机作为曳引机应用于升降机系统的方案,采用双PWM换流器对双馈电机转子进行交流励磁,不仅可调节定子侧功率因数,实现无极调速,还可将消耗在转子电阻上的电能回馈电网.在已有双馈异步电机数学模型的基础上确定了机侧变流器定子磁链定向的矢量控制策略,通过软件仿真验证功率流.在与传统VVVF调速式的升降机的能耗进行比较中,结果表明本方案具有可行性及良好的节能效益.

Abstract:This paper proposes a new plan of applying DFM to lifting system.The realization of AC excitation of the double--fed motor rotor through dual PWM converter can not only adjust power factor of the stator and achieve stepless speed regulation, but also make the electrical energy consumed at the rotor resistors fed back into the grid.Based on the mathematical model, stator flux vector orientation was identified as the control fashion of generator--side converter.The simulation result shows that the system is practical and has good energy saving effect, compared with traditional VVVF speed lifts.
