| 摘 要： | 建设项目的特点决定了建筑承包企业的生存与发展将面临很多风险，故风险管理对建筑承包企业显得尤为重要．为此，就建筑工程承包中的风险分析提出了一些合同对策；并结合实例阐述了如何利用层次分析法来进行风险决策．

| Abstract: | The character of construction project determines that the construction contracting enterprises will face many risks for their existence and development. Therefore, risk management appears particularly important to the construction contracting enterprises. So this paper analyses the risk management of construction contracting enterprises, and takes some measures against it. Specifically it illustrates the applications of analytic hierarchy process with cases. |
