摘    要:课堂教学是一项综合性的工作,影响教学质量的因素有许多,作在多年的教学实践中不断总结、研究、实践、提高,取得了一定的效果,本试从教师本身素质、备课、讲授技巧、师生沟通、学风建设等方面探讨了如何提高课堂教学效果的措施。

Abstract:Classroom teaching is a synthetic job. There are a lot of factors to affect its quality. The author has made a certain achievements through summarizing, studing, pratising and improving in several\|year lecturing. How to improve the quality of lecturing through the ability of teachers, the prepare Lessons, the skill of lecturing, the exchanging among teachers and students and the construction of atmosphere of study ect.will be discussed in this paper.
