| Abstract: | Classroom teaching is a synthetic job. There are a lot of factors to affect its quality. The author has made a certain achievements through summarizing, studing, pratising and improving in several\|year lecturing. How to improve the quality of lecturing through the ability of teachers, the prepare Lessons, the skill of lecturing, the exchanging among teachers and students and the construction of atmosphere of study ect.will be discussed in this paper. |
