知识经济时代发展中国家贸易竞争优势的创建

知识经济时代发展中国家面临国际贸易竞争优势严重下降的问题。针对此问题,本文对知识经济特征引起发展中国家贸易竞争力下降的原因加以分析;进而揭示发展中国家由于知识要素的相对稀缺导致产业发展中存在的不合理问题;再以印度软件产业兴起为例,提出知识经济时代发展中国家应以产业升级为核心“引擎”,实现国际贸易竞争优势的创建。

The creation of the competitive advantage of the developing country in the times of knowledge economy

In the times of knowledge economy,the developing countries are confronting the decreasing of the competitive advantage in international trade.Firstly,the paper analyzes the reasons of the decreasing of the competitive advantage of international trade caused by the character of knowledge economy,and reveals the industrial problems for lacking the knowledge factors in the developing countries.Finally,the paper advances that the developing country should make the core engine of industrial escalation in order to realize the creation of the competitive advantage in knowledge economy by giving the example of the software industry in India.
