| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了新研制的“轮胎受力分布自动测试仪”的功能、硬件结构和软件设计。该仪器采用3个8031系统对三相力进行同时采集、贮存,然后进行数据处理、显示、绘图及列表。实践证明它比原有的轮胎测试系统精度高,劳动强度小,且提高了效率。

| Abstract: | In order to determine the function of a new designed tyre, the test ofthe force distribution on the tyre is needed. But the old test system is time-consuming, inefficient and inaccurate.This paper introduces the function,hardware structure and software design of the newly designed instrument.Ituses three 8031 systems to collect and store the data of three-phase forcesat the same time,then analyses them, forms tabulation, draws graphs anddisplays result. |
