| 摘 要： | 介绍了环境执法的内容,通过对山西省环境执法进行问卷调查,具体分析了山西省在环境执法过程中存在的问题,提出了进一步加强环保投入、监管力度及环保方面的合作交流等相应策略,为山西省环境执法的改进和完善提供决策依据。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the content of environment law enforcement.According to questionnaire survey to the Shanxi province environment law enforcement,this paper concretely analyzed the key question which existed in the process of Shanxi province environment law enforcement,and proposed the corresponding strategy for strengthens the environmental protection investment,supervising and the environmental protection aspect of Cooperation and Communication,it provided the policy-making basis for the improvement and consummation of Shanxi Province environment law enforcement. |
