基于Z-P准则的煤巷围岩稳定性数值模拟研究

摘    要:通过FLAC3D所提供的二次开发程序接口,利用VC++6.0程序语言编写了Z-P准则的计算程序,成功实现Z-P准则的FLAC3D二次开发。采用开发的Z-P准则和FLAC3D内置的M-C准则对木城涧煤矿二槽煤层锚固支护巷道进行数值模拟,并对巷道围岩的塑性破坏区、位移及应力分布规律进行对比分析。结果表明:Z-P准则计算的塑性破坏区、位移比M-C准则的计算结果偏小,应力比M-C准则偏大,但应力集中现象相对不明显,总体分布规律基本一致。将模拟结果与现场钻孔探测数据进行对比可知,Z-P准则计算的结果更接近现场实际。

Abstract:Based on secondary development interface program of FLAC^3D,the calculation process of Z-P criterion was compiled by the VC+ + 6.0 programming language, and then the secondary development of Z-P criterion was suc cessfully realized in FLAC^3D. The Z-P criterion and the M-C criterion were respectively applied to simulating the bol ting surrounding rock of coal seam 2 in Muchengjian mining area. The results show that the plastic failure zone and displacement in Z-P criterion are smaller than those in M-C criterion,and stress in Z-P criterion is bigger than that in M C criterion. But on the whole Z-P criterion's regularity of distribution is in line with that of M-C criterion and the phenomenon of stress concentration is not obvious. Through comparison of the simulation results and field data, the result in Z-P criterion proves to be closer to field result.
