薄煤层矿井开采综合防尘技术研究

摘    要:针对薄煤层机械化工作面产尘量大、粉尘治理难的问题,提出了薄煤层开采"六位一体"综合除尘技术。结合薄煤层工作面粉尘性质及治理现状,重点对薄煤层工作面高压煤层注水技术、综掘工作面短距离综合除尘技术、转载点封闭控尘技术等"六位"技术的除尘机理进行了阐述,实践表明,综合降尘效率达到86.9%,为工作面创造了良好、安全的工作环境。

Abstract:The mechanized working face of thin coal seam is characteristic of large quantity of dust. To solve the dust control problem of thin seam mining,the "six in one" integrated dust removal technology was discussed in this paper. This technology, based on the knowledge of flour dust properties and current level of thin coal seam treatment, encompasses the comprehensive dust removal mechanism of the thin seam high-pressure coal injection, fully mechanized working face of short distance,and transshipment point enclosure dust control. The field practice of the comprehensive technology proves that dust control efficiency reach 86.9%, creating a good and safe working environment for the miners.
