| 摘 要： | 在硅光电池的应用过程中,对硅光电池特性的测量非常重要.本文对光电池特性的测量方法进行了讨论,并结合单片机控制技术,给出了一种自动化程度较高的光电池特性测量仪的设计方案以及使用这种方案所测得的结果.
