高纯硅微粉真密度的测定

摘    要:研究了煮沸脱气测定高纯硅微粉真密度的方法.试验确定了最适宜测定条件;采用该法测定样品真密度结果为2.644g·cm-3,RSD=0.13%,方法简便快速,测定结果令人满意.

Abstract:The determination of true density in high purity silica powder is studied by the method of boiling and taking off gas. The test indicates the optimum conditions. The result of the sample true density determined with the method is 2.644 g.cm^-3, RSD=0.13%. The method is simple, fast and the result is satisfactory.
