摘    要:文章以线切割乳化液废水为研究对象,采用脉冲电气浮法对其进行处理,研究了电流密度J、电解时间t、极板距离d、pH值对COD去除率的影响;根据正交实验的数据,采用回归分析的方法,求得脉冲电气浮的数学模型.正交实验中最好的一组参数是:电流密度为694 A/m2,电解时间为35 min,极板距离为1.5cm,pH值为5时,CO...

Abstract:The removal of COD from linear incision machine tool emulsion wastewater was investigated by a pulsed current elelctroflotation method.Operating variables including the current density J,electrolysis duration t,electrode spacing d and pH value were considered in order to determine their effect on the COD removal efficiency.A mathematical model of pulsed current electroflotation was built based on the experimental data by means of regression analysis.The maximum COD removal rate of 99.68% was achieved after ...
