| Abstract: | In the traditional computer aided design(CAD) methods of radio frequency and microwave power amplifiers,the improvement of the circuit stability usually results in gain loss and output power loss.To solve this problem,a new CAD design method is proposed based on the theory of stability circle.This new method,through a proper bias circuit design and another way to find and avoid the unstable terminal,ensures the stability of the designed circuit,and improves the gain and output power remarkably.The ADS simul... |
