应用模糊推理的计算机辅助位置误差补偿

摘    要:提出一种基于模糊推理的计算机辅助位置误差补偿方法。该方法根据实验规律和人的经验总结出语言规则,构成模糊推理机。将伺服机构的位置误差和位置误差变化率作为模糊推理机的两个输入变量,把模糊推理机的输出变量作为误差补偿校正量,并把校正量经直线拟合生成误差校正曲线,利用脉冲合成误差补偿法对伺服机构的位置误差进行补偿。误差校正曲线的生成具有学习功能。实验及应用结果证明该补偿方法具有可行性和良好的效果。

Abstract:This paper presents a new method of computer aided positional error compensation and correction using fuzzy inference. With the position error of servomechanism and its rate of change as inputs and error correction as output,the fuzzy reasoning machine is based on linguistic rules wnich drive from the operator's experience and experiments.With the fuzzy reasoning results,the error correction ve is generated automatically and repeatedly until satisfactory compensation is reached, and then the controller compensates the positional error of feed drive by puise composition method. The effect of this method is feasible and satisfactory.
