FX2—64MR可编程控制器在电梯控制系统中的应用

摘    要:利用三菱FX2—64MR可编程控制器(PLC),结合松下VF-6E变频器,以一台型号为TVT-2000E的6层楼电梯为设计对象,建立电梯控制系统模型.根据电梯的实际运行结果,详述了PLC在电梯控制系统中的应用及其软硬件设计方法,以期对实际工程有指导意义.

Abstract:PLC is widely used in elevator control systems for its reliability, convenience and strong anti-interference ability. A model for the control systems of elevators is made using the FX2-64MR PLC of Mitsubishi combined with the Inverter VF-6E of Panasonic and the TVT-2000E for six-floor elevators. The application principle of PLC used in elevator control systems and the software and hardware design methods are described based on the actual operation of elevators adopting the control system so as to provide some guidance to practical engineering applications.
