| 摘 要： | 通过对高频高速CopperCladLaminates基材性能的研究，二次通用旋转组合设计的方法，对电子级7628织物用E玻璃纤维纱进行优化设计，认为纤维原料性能、纺纱工艺过程等与最终纱线结构有关，当采用较细和细度差异小的玻纤进行纺纱时，对提高玻纤纱条干均匀度效果显著. |

| Abstract: | Through the studies on the basic mate rial property of high frequency and h igh speed Copper Clad Laminates,we have optimized the design of the El ectronic -grade 7628fabric with E -f iberglass by using the secondary general rotation comb ined design method.It is found that t he property of the fiber material and spinning process have something to do with the final structure of the y arn.When thinner fibers of little difference are used,the evenness of fiberglass yarn is will be achieved. |
