| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急性下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的溶栓治疗效果.方法:回顾性分析我院2006年9月至2008年3月收治的46例急性下肢深静脉血栓形成患者非手术治疗的资料.结果:临床治愈28例(60.9%),有效17例(36.9%),无效1例(2.2%),总有效率为97.8%(45/46).结论:绝大多数下肢深静脉血栓形成的患者可以经溶栓和抗凝为主的非手术治疗达到满意的治疗效果,关键是早诊断及早期合理用药.

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the results of thrombolytic therapy of acute deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity.Methods:46 patients of acute deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity from September 2006 to March 2008 were reviewed and their information was analyzed retrospectively.Result: All patients were given thrombolytic therapy,in which 28 cases(60.9%)were clinically cured,17 cases(36.9%)were effective,and 1 case(2.2%)did not get better.The total effective rate was 97.8%.Conclusion: Most patients with acute d... |
