| 摘 要： | 为了从电子能谱图中得到准确的峰位置(结合能),必须进行谱峰分解,一种简单有效的分解办法,我们采用Powell方法求解拟合曲线与实验曲线偏差的极小值,用BASIC语言编制了适合于实验室用的谱峰分解程序,在普通微型计算机分解谱峰。经过实践应用,方法简便,效果良好,可供实验室数据分析使用。

| Abstract: | An improved method of separating overlapping peaks in photc-etectron spectra with microcomputer was described. The minimum of difference between experimental curve aad fitting curve can be clicuiated by Powell method. The practice of this method is simple, convoniens andwill good result. |
