| 摘 要： | 职业技术教育主要培养德、智、体全面发展的既有大学层次的专业知识 ,又有很强动手能力的实用型高级技术人才和管理人才 ;着重培养学生在生产、经营、管理第一线进行技术指导和管理的能力 .所以 ,充分利用现有教育资源 ,借助社会力量办学 ,是培养实用型人才教学条件的必要途径 .

| Abstract: | The polytechnic focases on the practical training of students as advanced skilled personnel, equipping them with comprehensive vocational competencies and rounded good qualities so that they can work at the first lines of production, management and services. The graduates have not only aspecicdized knowledge of college-level subjects but also an all rounds development of morality, intelligence and physique. So, to fully utilize the existed educational resources and social force is an indispensable approach to establishing the condition of teaching and learning for training applied graduates. |
