蓖麻油妙鸡蛋应用于晚期妊娠引产健产210例临床观察

采用口服蓖麻油炒鸡蛋对210例晚期妊娠孕妇进行引产催产临床观察，并设300例为对照组，结果表明：蓖麻油炒鸡蛋组比对照组引产催产效果显著，引产有效率为76％，总产程平均为14小时5分；催产有效率为98．5％，总产程平均为5小时47分．而对照组引产有效率为60％，总产程平均为22小时20分；催产有效率为80％，总产程平均为10小时35分．新生儿窒息观察组比对照组少，两者差异有显著意义．

Clinical Observation on 210 Cases of Useing Eggs Fired with Castor Oil to Induce Labour and Expedite Child Delivery for the Late Pregnant Women

The clinical observation has been made of 210 cases of orally taking eggs fired with castor oil to induce labour and expedite child delivery for the late pregnant women. The results show that the group of study are more significant in effectiveness than that of control. In the experimental group, the efficacy rates of induced labour and expediting child delivery are 76%, 98. 5% respectively and the time of that are 14 h and 5 min., 5 h and 47 min., respectively. On the other hand, in the control group, the effica-cy rates of induced labour and expediting child delivery are 60%, 80% and the averagely overall time of that are 22h and 20 min., 10 h and 35 min., respectively. The occurrenceof dystocia in study group is less than in control group. The difference in the two groups are statistically significant.
