建筑废弃混凝土再生利用的分析与研究

目前我国建筑垃圾已占到城市垃圾总量的30～40%,北京市2001年的建筑垃圾为2500万立方米以上,其中很大一部分是旧房拆除过程中所产生的废旧混凝土构件和块体。传统的建筑垃圾处理方法将占用大量耕地,造成一定的环境污染,如何合理处理这部分建筑垃圾成为摆在我们面前的一个重要课题。本文根据大量国内外调查资料和研究分析,从材料、技术和经济等方面论述了生产再生混凝土和在建筑工程中应用再生混凝土的可行性,给出了再生混凝土生产的技术要求和经济指标,对建筑垃圾的处理具有一定的指导意义。

The analytical study of waste construction concrete's recycling

At present, our national builders rubbish has occupied 30～40% of the total municipal refuse. In 2001, the builders rubbish in Beijing has reached up to 25 million steres, and a large part of it comes from the disused concrete components or blocks of the ruined houses. The traditional processing method may occupy a great many tilthes, and engender a certain amount of environmental pollution. Then, how to deal with this builders rubbish has become an important topic before us. Based on a lot of survey data and research analyses from home and abroad, this paper has discussed the feasibility of the production and application in engineering of the reclaimed concrete on material technology, economy and the like, and then gives the technical requirements and the economic indices of the production of the reclaimed concrete, which act as a certain kind of leading sense to the treatment of the builders rubbish.
