| Abstract: | Based on introducing the basic knowledge of the strategic alliance, this paper analyzes on the problems existing in the information management of the strategic alliance and flow direction of the alliance information, and in the light of these problems, points out that whether or not the information management of the strategic alliance is successful depends on equalizing the relationship between enterprise's benefit and strategic alliance's benefit. |
