| 摘 要： | 体育教师专业化是适应终身教育发展、深化学校体育改革的需要，是体育教师职业可持续发展的保证。为此，应转变观念，实施一体化的体育教师教育，加强职业道德教育，优化课程结构。提高教师的学历标准，完善教师资格准入制度，培养教师自我专业发展意识。以促进体育教师教育专业化进程。
