摘    要:研究了从焊接温度场中获取焊缝位置和熔透信息的方法,在此基础上设计了规则自调整模糊控制器,实现了MIG/MAG的焊缝跟踪与熔透控制.该系统已成功应用于螺旋管缝内焊自动跟踪与熔透控制.

Abstract:Aiming at the seam tracking and weld penetration based on welding temperature field, seam position and penetration parameters were extracted by image processing which is captured by a compact real-time measurement system. An intelligent controller was designed for welding process charactering as multivariable and non-linear to realize dynamic control for seam tracking and weld penetration control. Finally, the developed system was applied in the seam tracking and penetration control of inner welding of spiral steel pipe with submerged arc welding.
