| 摘 要： | 文章从一个新的角度提出了一种在给定冲击响应条件下IIR滤波器的设计方法．实验结果表明：它的误差性能接近于Matlab中Stmcb函数的误差性能，而优于其它几种方法．

| Abstract: | A new method to design an IIR filter is proposed under this condition of infinite impulse response given from a new angle. The experiment results show that the method is not only close to the function Stmcb() in the Matlab in the error performance, but also better than others. |
