| 摘 要： | 叙述了已应用于某发电厂回转式空气预热器漏风控制系统的工作原理，重点分析了造成空气预热器漏风的主要原因，提出了一种基于专家系统模式、利用计算机数据库技术及知识库相结合的规则方法来实现预热器的漏风控制方案．实际运行结果表明，该系统能够有效地降低预热器的漏风，使得机组总体漏风率下降10％，为机组的安全满负荷运行提供有力保证．

| Abstract: | The principle of the leakage control system for ro tary air preheaters applied in a power plant was described, with emphasis on the main causes of the leakage. A new approach based on the expert system mode was then presented, which implements the leakage control of the preheater by the rule method combining the compu-ter database with the knowledge base. The practical results show that the proposed control system can effectively reduce the air leakage to 90% of that without leakage control system, thus guaranteeing the safe and normal running of the units. |
