农村基层选举中存在的问题

当前农村基层选举中出现了下述问题 :部分乡镇干部成为选举的阻力 ,在选举过程中不按法律程序办事 ,如何纠正他们的错误行为尚没有规章可依 ;村委会与居委会纠缠不清带来选举难题 ;农村家族势力与农民自身素质、时间安排的不当等因素也影响和制约着基层选举公正有效地进行。

Election Problems in China's Rural Grass-root unit

This paper is focusing on some election problems presently existing in the China's rural grass-root unit.These are that,some leaders at town level,are eventually becoming the obstruction by breaking the legal procedure during the election,there having already been on rules and regulations to correct their errors;that the indistinct relation between villagers'commission and residents' commission,also makes some difficulty in election,and that,the other factors,from influence of rural powerful family to self-quality of farmers and bad arrangement of the time,affect and confine the election to be fair and effective.
