| 摘 要： | 介绍一种协同工作过程的分析方法，选择办公室支持系统分析与设计（ＯＳＳＡＤ）方法作为协同工作程序分析的基本方法，并提出几点改进意见，其中包括模型的二维空间和信息流图，当将其应用于群体工作模型分析，尤其是应用于工作流应用程序时，可以优化其分析与设计过程。 |

| Abstract: | A method is introduced for analyzing the co operative work process. The OSSAD (office support system analysis and design) method is selected for co operative applications analysis. To this end, several improvements which consist of an organizational dimension to the models and an information flow diagram are proposed for group work model analysis, particular for workflow application. The analysis and design process can be optimized. |
