公立医院医务人员薪酬管理体系改革探讨

摘    要:公立医院医务人员是医疗服务体系的主体,但是存在收入分配不合理,医务人员职业责任和风险高,工作量大等问题。在医改进程中,保障并提高非营利性公立医院医务人员的薪酬标准,建立新的公立医院薪酬分配体系,是医疗改革问题的根源,也将保障医改顺利进行。

Abstract:The medical staff of public hospitals is the main body of medical service system.But their income is very unreasonable,their risk of liability is high,and a great burden of responsibility.During the process of medical reform,the focus should be on rewarding medical talents of pubic hospitals with high salary,building a new system of salary administration.It is the root of healthcare reform.It would ensure that the healthcare reform go with a swing.
