教练员对自由球员认知状况调查分析

运用文献资料、问卷调查、现场统计法,对比赛场上排球教练员使用自由球员在个人防守能力、接发球、替换时机和应具备素质等方面的认知状况进行分析,结果表明教练员大多数认为自由球员最适合于后排接发球、防对方直接扣球,要有固定的替换轮次,应具备良好的心理素质。据此,提出相关的建议。

A Survey and Analysis of the Situation that Coaches Congnitive about Liberos

By adopting methods of documentation,questionnaire survey,and field statistics,the paper analyzes volleyball coaches＇ perceptions towards its liberos in terms of their defensive capability,service reception,occasion for substitution,role on courts and required quality in the playing fields,the results show that most of coaches think that the liber is the best receiving in the back row and anti-derect-spiking player,and should be replaced by a fixed round,should have good psychological quality.It hopes to apply theoretical reference for coaches to prepare pre-match training and make arrangement during matches.
