已婚女性婚姻调适及其与幸福感的关系——以福建省调查为中心

采用婚姻调适测定量表和幸福感指数、总体情感指数量表对1553名福建已婚女性居民进行调查分析。Logistic回归分析显示，控制混杂因素后，婚姻调适不良是导致福建已婚女性居民幸福感不高的主要原因。结果表明，福建已婚女性居民婚姻调适影响幸福感，改善婚姻调适状态，能够提高幸福感，进而提高她们的心理健康状况。

Fujian Married Woman Adaptability to Marriage and Self-happiness

Using a sample of 1 553 married women in the Fujian to test their marriage adaptability, an index of self-happiness, and an index of general emotion, the results of the Logistic regression analysis again show that a less adaptability to their marriage is a key issue to induce a lower index of self-happiness of married women in the Fujian. Finally, We can come to the conclusion that a better adaptability to marriage has a positive effect on the self-happiness of married women in the Fujian. Their psychological health could therefore be improved by increasing the adaptability to marriage and happiness.
