摘    要:主要对松材线虫的取样分离进行探索,并初步研究了以真菌作为食料培养松材线虫。结果表明:取样部位对分离效果有影响,蛀孔及蛹室周围分离到的线虫量明显比枝条及树干其他部位多;不同真菌培养松材线虫效果有差异,主要采用了灰葡萄孢、黄瓜镰刀菌和香蕉镰刀菌3种真菌,通过设计不同影响因素比较培养效果,发现灰葡萄孢培养效果较为稳定且最佳,其次是黄瓜镰刀菌。因此,灰葡萄孢和黄瓜镰刀菌可选用于培养松材线虫。

Abstract:In this study,sampling,isolation and artfical culture of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus were carried out.According to isolation,the number of nematode was affected by sampling.The nematode was much more around the channel and pupal cell of trunk than in the branch and other places.Meanwhile,difference was also detected in nematode culture.Fusarium spp.and Botrytis cinerea were much better than the other tested fungi,which might be used for nematode culture.
