再生纸与印染废水综合处理实验研究

摘    要:根据再生纸废水中低pH值、高余氯与印染废水中高pH值、强色度等特点,以一定比例混合,利用自行研制的SG絮凝剂,改进射流曝气装置进行研究与试验.结果表明:呈酸性的再生纸废水和呈碱性的印染废水酸碱中和,再生纸废水中残存余氯与印染废水染料作用,在利用自行研制的SG絮凝剂基础上,脱色效果与污染物去除效果明显,其投加量比两混合废水分开单一处理时投加量减少1~2倍,成本降低,改进后的射流曝气装置净化效率高,曝气时间短等.

Abstract:Compare low pH and high surplus chlorin in regeneration paper waste water with high pH and heavy chroma in dyeing waste water,study and experiment jet aeration installation improved,which make use of SG flocculant made by ourselves in the proportion of distinct mixing.Results show: Acidic regeneration paper waste water and alkalescent dyeing waste water are neutralized together,both of remainder of surplus chlorin in regeneration paper waste water and dyestuff in dyeing waste water are reacted,effect of chroma removal and contamination removal are very clear.It is more less than two times those in increase of flocculant,the cost is lower,jet aeration installation improved have better depurative deficiency and shorter depurative time.
