鲍壳表层绿色物质的初步研究

摘    要:主要介绍了用吸收光谱法研究鲍壳表层绿色物质水解液的性质,并用活性炭、高岭土和离子交换树脂吸附的方法对鲍壳表层绿色物质进行了分离的尝试,实验结果显示:该水解液可见光吸收光谱吸收峰位于610nm波长处,用紫外分光光度法测出在204nm和209nm两处有吸收峰,与藻蓝蛋白的光谱图较为相似,用阳离子交换树脂可以将该绿色物质成功分离出来。

Abstract:In this paper, the properties of the green substance on the surface of abalone were studied by using absorption spectrum. The results showed that its spectrum was similar to the phycobilin's. At the same time, active carbon, kaolin and ion exchange resin were used to separate the green substance from its hydrol-ysate. Comparing the results, cation exchange resin was proved to be a good separating method for the green substance.
