| 摘 要： | 针对目前高等学校教师科研工作量计量存在的问题，研究提出了新的定量分析计算模型。首先基于相对量的概念与算法，在建立教师科研工作量计算办法的基础上，通过引入数理统计中标准分的概念与计算方法，建立了教师科研定量分析模型。有效地消除了目前的计算办法中不同学科教师之间由于科研基础或学科发展水平不同所带来的同一分数的价值差别，实现了不同学科教师在科研方面的平等竞争。
