| 摘 要： | 湖北省黄梅县太白湖银鱼资源调查:结果表明太白湖银鱼有两个种;寡齿新银鱼(Neosalanx oligodontis Chen)和太湖新银鱼(Neosalanx taihuensis Chen)。25批银鱼样品的统计表明寡齿新银鱼数量远远多于太湖新银鱼,为太白湖银鱼的优势种。对寡齿新银鱼及太湖新银鱼肌肉水解氨基酸和游离氨基酸以及两种银鱼整体的水解氨基酸进行了测定。

| Abstract: | We made an investigation on the resources of Neosalanx in Taibei Lake of Huangmei,Hubei Province in December, 1993. The resoults indicate that there are 2 species of icefishes in Taibei Lake: Neosalanx oligodontis Chen and Neosalanx taihuensis Chen. We took count of 25 samples of icefishes,the statistics show that the individual number of N. oligodontis Chen and N.taihuensis Chen is 8324 and 42,respectively. N. oligodontis Chen is dominant in population density, the individual number of this species is far more than that of N. taihuensis Chen in Taibei Lake. We determined the hydrolytic amino acid and free amino acid in muscles, and determined the hydrolytic amino acid in whole fish. Also,we analysed the contant and distribution of amino acids. |
