浅色橡胶助剂的研究

摘    要:针对白炭黑的生产工艺复杂,成本较高等问题,以阜新千枚岩为原料,经超细粉碎后成粒径不同的粉体,选择合适的化学改性药剂制度,将改性后的千枚岩作橡胶填料进行试验研究,通过与中槽炭黑、白炭黑相比较,千枚岩的某些性能指标超过白炭黑,接近炭黑,可以部分替代炭黑作橡胶补强填料.千枚岩作为橡胶填料是其新应用领域之一,这一研究成果为资源枯竭的阜新市经济发展提供一个新方向.

Abstract:Due to existing defects of complicated technology and high costs in producing silica and its bad dispersion in using,we grinded phyllite of Fuxin into powder with different sizes of particles,modified the powder by proper regime of chemical active regent and filled it into rubber.The study shows rubber filled with phyllite powder is better than that with silica and approaches ISAF in some performance.It can partly replace ISAF as reinforce-filler for rubber.Filling into rubber is one of phyllite's new uses.This achievement can offer a new direction of economic transformation and development for Fuxin city.
